The Black Atmosphere Project
BAP aims to raise awareness for the disabled and mental health community by fostering a community of accessible food while teaching life skills.
About Me
I'm Trice Chanelle, the fashionista activist who's worked in healthcare to Hollywood. I've had hardships of burnout with my health challenges. It was during 2023 that I found cooking helped me cope with my disabilities. My activism is through storytelling using music, art, and fashion. As an autistic soul, I never talked much. I created The Black Atmosphere Project to bring awareness and resources to combat food deserts for those with food allergies such as gluten and animal products. I love creating a safe space to teach food education and life skills to the mental health and disabled community. Now, with my boots on the ground, I'm making room for new soil. I'm here to bring awareness to social issues the disabled face alone. I'm bringing a much-needed flavor to the table.

Local Impact Spotlight
Meet Charles
With BAP's support I was able to buy my POS machine. My plan is to use the POS station to offer a wide range of services, from mobile top-ups and bill payments to financial transactions and more. I'll be leveraging the technology to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. By doing so, I'll be able to increase my earnings.
Meet Samantha
Although Patrice has helped me to receive sustainable housing. I had trouble maintaining the upkeep due to my multiple disabilities. I am a fighter with a big heart. My goal is to revisit apartment hunting but with BAP's guidance to life skills and properly eating for my health conditions. My goal is to start a family despite what others think because with the right support I can go further in life and better managing my disabilities with my community support.
