Banana Nut Oatmeal Milkshake

Banana Nut Oatmeal Milkshake

Ingredients:

- 2 Scoops of vanilla mushroom protein powder   
- 1 cup of plant-based milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup rolled oats or 1 pack of banana nut oatmeal 
- A handful of walnuts or almonds
- 1 cup of ice

Instructions:

1. Add the plant-based milk and banana to the blender.
2. Add 2 scoops of protein powder 
3.Toss in the rolled oats or banana nut oatmeal.
4. Add the walnuts or almonds.
5. Lastly, add the ice.
6. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
