Lets get into it!!! I wanted to take it back with some classic Jay-Z ft Swizz Beatz “On To The Next One” this is STILL an anthem for me…Check our the recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️

On To The Next One Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

- 1 cup of non-dairy milk or milk of your choice

- 1 ripe banana

- 3/4 cup of peach non-dairy yogurt or yogurt of choice

- 2 tablespoons of all natural Peanut Butter

- 2 tablespoon of turmeric


- 2 scoops of Om protein powder or Protein of choice

- 1 tablespoon of all-natural maple syrup

- 1 cup of ice

Follow these steps:

1. Start by adding the milk to the blender first to prevent the ingredients from getting stuck at the bottom.

2. Next, add the banana, yogurt, turmeric, protein powder, and drizzle in the maple syrup.

3. Finally, add the ice to the blender.

4. Blend the ingredients for about 45 seconds or until you achieve a thick consistency.

5. Once blended, your smoothie is ready to enjoy!

Side Note: Your next meal following this Protein Smoothie make it as lean as possible with plenty of veggies to balance out the protein intake!!!
