Coconut Matcha Oatmeal

Ingredients:
1 cup of oatmeal
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
2 oz. coconut milk
2-3 scoops of peanut butter (for topping)
2-3oz Blueberries (for topping)
2-3 oz Blackberries (for topping)
- Gluten-free granola (for topping)
- Honey (for drizzling on top)
- Matcha powder (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Prepare Oatsome Overnight Oats place in Boil water.
2. Cook until it thickens.
3. Once thickened, add coconut milk, butter, and cinnamon. Stir well. You may need a little more milk to loosen up the oatmeal.
4. Add Matcha: Just before removing the pot from heat, add matcha powder to taste and mix thoroughly.
5. Serve: Place the oatmeal in a bowl.
6. Add Toppings: Top with peanut butter and walnuts, blueberries, blackberries, gluten-free granola, and drizzle honey on top.
